Metal Roof, Wood deck, Exterior Painting Palestine, Tx
On this home in Palestine TX, recently purchased by Debbie Radford. She wanted a new look on the outside. After communicating and understanding her goals. We were awarded job. We removed shingle roof and old felt paper, replaced damaged plywood. Went back with synthetic felt and ice & water shield in high risk areas. We installed 1x4 lathes. Per spec. For metal roofing we installed a 26 GA charcoal grey metal R panel and flashings over home and separate garage. Next we removed any damaged wood around home and replaced. We pressure washed home and prepped for painting. we primed house and painted 3 different colors twice. Then proceeded to remove a very large deteriorated deck. Leveled ground, formed a 5 foot by 40 foot concrete slab with re-bar as you walk out of door. set 4x6 wolmanized post in concrete 3 foot deep. framed out and decked using 2x6, 2x8, 2x10, 2x12 treated wood. Hand rails and benches.
